I’m Brooke — career girlie, chaos wrangler, and your unofficial big sis on the job hunt.

I created Big Sis Mentor because I remember how confusing, overwhelming, and isolating it felt trying to figure out what’s next — internships, resumes, interviews, real life. No one gives you a playbook, so I made one.

With real tools, a little tough love, and a lot of support, I help students and grads get clear, get confident, and get hired — without the burnout.
